Huw
The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. The meal selection was decent, especially the lunch options. The portions were satisfying and the small playground available for children was appreciated. The location is convenient and easy to access.
Our experience was largely negative. The room we were given was not up to par, with peeling armchairs, a torn headboard and greasy bedspread.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. the hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers.
Sadly, the staff were not friendly or helpful. Check-in was disorganized, and the staff struggled to communicate effectively.
